No More Hiding: How I Finallly Gave Myself Permission to Be Seen

There’s this moment — quiet, subtle, sacred — where you realize you’ve been hiding pieces of yourself for way too long. Not in a dramatic, everyone-look-at-me way... but in the way you shrink just a little when you speak. The way you second guess your ideas. The way you try to be the version of you that feels acceptable—safe, polished, not too much.

I lived in that space for years.

Always half-lit. Half-expressed. Half-here.

And honestly? I was tired. Tired of quieting my soul, tired of pretending I wasn’t overflowing with creativity and cosmic thoughts and messy human feelings. Tired of playing small while this universe kept whispering, “You were made for more.”

So I made a choice.

No more hiding.

Not behind fear. Not behind comparison. Not behind perfectionism or people-pleasing or that sneaky little voice that says “Who do you think you are?”

Starting The Secret Mantra was me saying yes to my full self. Not just the nurturing mama or the spiritual Virgo or the inspired creator—but all of me. The mystical, raw, funny, deep-feeling, soul-on-fire version. The one who talks to the moon and gets downloads in the shower and cries at sunsets. The one who used to doubt her voice... but now knows it’s her greatest gift.

Because when you show up as you—no filter, no mask, no shrinking—you create a ripple. You give permission for others to do the same.

And that’s what I want The Secret Mantra to be. A space for realness. A space for remembering. A space for rising.

So if you’ve been hiding too, if you’ve been waiting for a sign to finally be seen, this is it.

Come out, come out, wherever you are.

The world has been waiting for you.
